Mr. LaMantia is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of South Carolina, New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of South Carolina and New Jersey. 

After graduating from Rutgers University Law School in Camden, New Jersey, Mr. LaMantia was honored to serve as law clerk to the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman, J.S.C. in the Family Court of the Superior Court of New Jersey. 

After his family law clerkship, Mr. LaMantia went to work with a prestigious New Jersey law firm and immediately began  representing clients in all aspects of family law, criminal law and civil litigation. 

In 2002, Mr. LaMantia was made a partner in the law office of Fox and LaMantia, LLC.  After three years as a partner in a successful law practice, Mr. LaMantia relocated and opened the LaMantia Law Firm, LLC in historic downtown Charleston.  Currently, Mr. LaMantia is also teaching a course in Civil Litigation at Trident Technical College, Charleston, S.C.
